Carolina Sapphire

These trees have a very fragrant lemony-mint or citrus-like aroma, and hold their needles very well. Shaping the tree helps develop tougher branches, and make this a great choice for light to medium weight ornaments.

Leyland Cypress

As long as you keep them watered, they will retain their needles very well. They have very little scent and are great for lighter weight ornaments.

Fraser Fir

Fraser firs grow in higher elevations. They have short needles and sturdy branches for hanging heavier ornaments. Firs are precut and placed in water to retain freshness when they arrive at our farm.

Step 1 - Shake

We have a machine dedicated to literally shake the tree. This is used to shake any dead needles/leaves off the tree as well as any other “wild” objects that may be in the tree.

This is an important step in the tree selection process. You will have less clean up when you get the tree in your house.

Step 2 - Bore

The borer is the easy way to put a hole in the bottom of the tree trunk.

This is important to do for any tree stand that requires a hole in the center of the trunk.

We always make sure there is a fresh cut before using the borer in order to keep sap from building up.

Step 3 - Bale

The baler is the last step in the tree selection process and turns the wide and sometimes cumbersome tree into a tight and narrow item able to fit in tighter spaces.

Once you get the tree home and in the stand (if not already in the stand) you simply cut the netting down the front of the tree and voila your perfect tree is ready for decoration!

Why get a real Christmas Tree?

Real trees are 100% biodegradable.
You have the smell of Christmas with a real tree.
You get the experience of checking out many different trees to choose the “Just Right” tree rather than going to the department store and bringing it home in a box.
While the artificial tree collects dust in the closet or attic, the birds build nest and raise their young in the boughs of the growing trees while the rabbits and squirrels run and play around them.
We enjoy the fresh air from the oxygen given off by the Real trees.
You don't have to worry about disposing of a real tree in a land fill and it taking years to decompose.
It can be recycled and chipped up for mulch to be reused.
There is no need to worry about putting the tree together and taking it down to store it every year or worrying about what chemicals it is made of.
